La Familia is the lead agency for Family Support Network, a program of the South Hayward Neighborhood Collaborative. This program, which has many service activities, uses grass-roots neighborhood personnel who have proved to be very effective. In collaboration with more than 60 residents, local community based organizations, County services, and service providers; Family Support Network is addressing community needs identified by residents and local leaders in the Harder/Tennyson neighborhood in Southern Alameda County.
